With over 7 years of experience, she currently serves as the Vice President of Strategic Partnerships at Innoplexus, where she leads international business development initiatives and drives the partnership portfolio for BioTech engagements.
Prior to her current role, She held key positions at leading organizations such as Deloitte and Optra Health, where she managed high-priority programs and projects, facilitated partnership and business development activities, and led projects in biocuration and knowledge management for the life sciences and healthcare IT sectors.
Sanika is also actively involved in mentoring and community initiatives, having served as a Mentor for Thrive with Mentoring and as a Coordinator and Mentor for Women in Data Science Pune (WiDS Pune).
