Ankur Verma
 Career & Leadership Transition Coach

 
Ankur Verma is an International Certified Career Coach (ICCC, USA) and ICF-trained leadership coach with over 17 years of experience across global corporate leadership, entrepreneurship, and mentoring. He works with professionals and emerging leaders to strengthen decision-making, leadership mindset, and career strategy as they transition into larger organisational responsibilities.

Ankur holds an MBA from The George Washington University (USA) and has completed an Executive Program from IIM Calcutta. Prior to becoming a full-time coach, he held leadership roles at Ernst & Young, Accenture, HARMAN, and ITC Infotech, where he managed multi-million-dollar business portfolios and led teams across functions and geographies. He is also a serial entrepreneur and has been part of a venture-capital-backed early-stage startup, giving him firsthand experience of building and scaling businesses.

Today, he combines his corporate leadership experience with coaching and mentoring to help leaders move from execution to enterprise thinking, from control to empowerment, and from operational focus to strategic impact.
