Join us for an interactive Industry Connect session on “Career Transitions After EMBA in Product Leadership,” led by Manjunath Subramanian, Chief Expert - Product Management at SAP Labs and IPL alumnus. With over 25 years of experience in product management, go-to-market strategy, market research, and stakeholder management, Manjunath will share perspectives on making the most of the IPL EMBA experience to build a career in Product Management.

The session will feature an alumni panel with Gaurav Rihan, Kunal Jauhari and Ajay Joshi, who will share their career journeys and experiences transitioning into Product Management after their EMBA. The discussion will then open up to an Ask Me Anything (AMA) session, giving participants an opportunity to ask questions about career transitions, current hiring trends, and what hiring managers expect from aspiring Product Managers.

Manjunath Subramanian is a product leader with over 25 years of experience and currently serves as Chief Expert - Product Management at SAP Labs. His expertise spans market research, go-to-market strategy, product-market fit, communicating product value, and stakeholder management.

An IPL alumnus, Manjunath has served as an Executive Coach for Product Labs. He holds a PhD in Operations Management and Decision Sciences from IIM Tiruchirappalli, where his research focused on data visualisation in strategic decision-making. His professional achievements also include patents and industry awards.
