Understanding and Identifying Your Personal Values and Ethics

Values and Ethics are the statements of the underlying principles that guide what you say and do. We all have a set of values and ethics but many times we haven’t thought out our stance about them well. 

All organizations have a set of values and ethics they prefer to operate under. People who are models of values and ethics have thought through them, are clear about them, can deal with close calls by applying them and are consistent about them. 

In this session, we will discuss their importance in personal and professional life and also work on identifying one’s personal values (or for one’s organizations if that makes sense to the participants).

The participants will walk away with a set of values for themselves (or for their orgs).

He has been instrumental in setting up high-performing Multi-Site, Multi-Cultural Global Agile Teams and leading complex global programs for premium Customer Accounts. Kishan is passionate about evangelizing a Product Mindset in India. He has worked with numerous start-ups ranging from IoT Based Tech Startups to the latest being a Theater based Start-Up.
