24 years of IT experience of which 16 years plus in Oracle Corp. Currently as Sr Director Product Management, I lead the product management team in Oracle IDC for Oracle Content Management(OCM). Previous experience includes leading Sales Engineering teams for OracleMiddleware products and Project Delivery roles in various organisations.Last 15 years roles performed required people management, mentoring team members and building teams.
