Roopa is passionate about building enterprise products and platforms and is focused on bridging the “strategy-execution” gap in B2B product space. Over the years, she has partnered with leadership teams to a) Define product and platform roadmaps, R&D initiatives and GTM strategies b) Drive execution of roadmaps with focus on customer value creation c) Deliver product operational excellence at scale, leveraging smart practices and metrics (OKR, Agile, Lean etc.). She has diverse leadership experience in enterprise software and product companies - start-ups and global enterprises - across BFSI, Fintech/Lending, ECM/BPM, low-code platforms, across multiple geographies. As the India chair of "Women @ Odessa" she committed to driving diversity/inclusion initiatives and achieving gender equity for women in product and technology.
