14 April 2021 | 08:00 PM - 09:00 PM  IST | Online

The Lean Startup has taught us that building great products is about experimentation and iteration. But what does this look like on our teams? This is a question about building our product teams as learning communities, and therefore optimizing for structured learning and building on a rapidly growing foundation of knowledge. Through my experience leading the development and launch of a new suite of products at a health tech startup, Evidation, and I'll take you through how we're building our team as a learning community, including creating hypotheses, defining metrics, building an experimental plan, analyzing data, and ultimately improving and scaling up the product.
