The Lean Startup has taught us that building great products is about experimentation and iteration. But what does this look like on our teams? This is a question about building our product teams as learning communities, and therefore optimizing for structured learning and building on a rapidly growing foundation of knowledge. Through my experience leading the development and launch of a new suite of products at a health tech startup, Evidation, and I'll take you through how we're building our team as a learning community, including creating hypotheses, defining metrics, building an experimental plan, analyzing data, and ultimately improving and scaling up the product.
Vish is a product leader obsessed with building products to make the world a better place. He works at Evidation Health, with the mission to empower everyone to participate in better health outcomes. Prior to this, he led product teams at BCG Digital Ventures in a variety of spaces, including philanthropy, voter protection, fintech for the underbanked, and chronic disease management.
