While the title of a Product Manager does not come with the authority of a CEO, it does come with the responsibility of leading cross-functional teams to deliver business value. To succeed in this role you must learn to lead effectively. In this talk, Parul will share the lessons on leadership as a PM that she has learned in her career through successes and failures.
Parul is a Product Leader at Indeed where she leads the Orders and Billing platforms. She is passionate about innovating in the enterprise product space. In her career spanning over fifteen years, Parul has been part of several complex product builds, some have been very successful while others have served as great life lessons.
Outside of her role, Parul is an active member of the Women in Product community. She also hosts a bi-weekly podcast called Unseen Battles that features raw, conversations with women leaders about their career shaping challenges. Parul loves to travel and cannot wait to get back to a plane, hopefully on her way to somewhere new and exciting. Parul holds an M.S in Computer Science from Columbia University
